Refund policy
1.Return Period and Conditions
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you aren't satisfied within 30 days send it back and we'll refund you.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2.Return Process
To initiate a return, please submit a return request through our customer service page. We will provide a prepaid mailing label and return authorization. You need to package the product and affix the prepaid mailing label, then drop it off at the nearest post office or designated courier point.
——Return Mailing Label: This contains the address of the Amazon fulfillment center that will receive and process the return.
——Return Authorization Slip: contains a barcode and item description for the products being returned. The slip must be included inside the return package alongside the items.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
3.Refund Policy (if applicable)
Once your return is confirmed to meet our return conditions, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

5.Special Items Return(if applicable)
Discounted or clearance items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for specific details.
6.Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kkquicker.com.
7.Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
